Title:
Single-cell transcriptomic profiles of CD45-positive cells from Mx1-Cre x Adam10f/f Rag2KO mice
Summary:
Induced ablation of Adam10 in Mx1-Cre x Adam10f/f mice results in T cell-independent Inflammatory alopecia. Mx1-Cre x Adam10f/f mice were crossed to the Rag2KO background. After poly(I:C) injection, mouse skin was dissociated and sorted for CD45-positive cells which were subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing analysis.
Overall Design:
Single-cell transcriptomic profiles of CD45-positive cells sorted from Mx1-Cre x Adam10f/f Rag2KO mouse skin 30 days after poly(I:C) injection.
