Title:
Hyperactivation of the IL-17 axis and IL-36 signaling in Card14-mutant pityriasis rubra pilaris model mice
Summary:
We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to further analyze the differentially expressed genes in each cell type from WT and Card14KI mice. As a result of scRNA-seq, changes in gene expression were large in granular layer cells, cells in the outer roof sheath and fibroblasts.
Overall Design:
Single cell suspention of whole skin from WT and Card14KI mice were analyzed using scRNAseq.
