Summary:
We used scRNA-seq to understand how CARD9 R101C remodels skin immunity and cell state in response to fungal infection in a mouse model of dermatophytosis.
Overall Design:
We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) of skin from WT and CARD9 R101C mice infected with T. rubrum at day two (D2) and day nine (D9) post-infection (3 replicates of each WT and CARD9 R101C at each timepoint)
